Klein Overveen consists of 30 starter homes, ranging from 37 to 46 square meters. The homes offer flexible layout options, which can be configured either as a loft or with a separate bedroom, depending on the resident's preference.

The project is located just a few minutes walk from the train station, making it ideal for commuters to Haarlem, Amsterdam, and other cities. Situated near the dunes, it offers a peaceful living environment, while the proximity to the city provides access to all necessary amenities.

The homes are sustainable, featuring a heat pump, shower heat recovery system (WTW), solar panels, and high insulation values, ensuring low energy costs and a minimal ecological footprint. The design complements the regional railway architecture, with robust brickwork details and large glass façades that allow for plenty of natural light. The high sound insulation ensures that residents are not disturbed by the station or surrounding area.

This project offers starters a sustainable and well-connected home, with a combination of modern architecture and an attractive location between the city and nature.
